Balaji Supply Chain Management started as a small road-freight operation moving cargo between two cities. Every load was tracked by hand, every route learned the hard way — through delays, detours, and the occasional missed connection.
That groundwork became a discipline: plan the route before the truck leaves the yard. Today that same discipline runs a multi-modal network spanning road, rail, air and sea, connecting manufacturers, retailers and distributors across the country — still routed with the same care as that very first shipment.
